Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us at info@bar-tools.ch as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the product and packaging.
Returns (customer-friendly policy)
Under Swiss law, there is no automatic statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases after an order has been placed.
As a customer-friendly policy, we may review return requests for unused products in their original packaging within 14 days after delivery.
Return approval is not automatic and may depend on the product condition, hygiene, custom/B2B nature of the order and proof of purchase.
Refunds & costs
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or by another agreed method.
Shipping costs and return shipping may be excluded unless the product was defective or incorrectly supplied.
