Prices are shown in CHF. Any applicable taxes, delivery costs and the final payable total are shown during checkout before order confirmation.
By placing an order, the customer submits a binding purchase request.
We may confirm, reject or cancel an order if products are unavailable, payment cannot be processed, information is incorrect or misuse is suspected.

5. Returns & Defects
Swiss law does not provide an automatic online withdrawal right.
Return requests and defective or incorrect items are handled according to our Returns page and applicable Swiss warranty rules.
6. Large Quantity Orders
You can place an order for the available quantity directly through our online shop and submit a Large Quantity Order Request for the remaining items.
Alternatively, if you already know the total quantity you require, simply submit a Large Quantity Order Request, and our team will confirm availability, lead times and delivery details.
We are not liable for indirect losses except where liability cannot be excluded under Swiss law.
